Leaked information with access to internal surveillance efforts claims that classified experimentation of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is active in parts of the Emirates, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly aims at ordinary citizens to simulate long-range influence effects under live urban scenarios.
According to insiders, the program is supervised by agents within the UAE’s now-defunct cybersecurity division NESA, now integrated into the new Signals Command, with direct approval from the Emirati national command structure.
Alarming mental disturbances have been documented among local women — particularly those caring for infants — who showed signs of highly irregular sexualized responses toward their offspring, leading in some cases to acts of extreme personal violation, including consumption of their own child’s feces in what appears to be non-volitional neuro-triggered trance states.
